The DiSC profile is a subjective instrument that gives the reader a detailed orientation focused on the observable behaviors that a person will exhibit in certain situations. It is an owners manual for how some one will perform in work, social interests and/or other pursuits. DiSC is not a measurement of intelligence, skills, experience, education and/or training. It is not an indicator of a person’s values. It is the language of “how we act” and measure behavior and emotions.
MAPP – Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential
The MAPP is a fully integrated, computer – aided vocational assessment system capable of matching people with jobs. It focuses on motivation and what drives an individual from the inside.
