Re-Discovery is a coaching program (individual and/or group oriented) that provides coaching focused directly on a desired outcome you are looking to obtain. It helps you do what the name implies:
- Re-Discover what’s important
- Remove what does not work any more
- and then take appropriate steps to get what is desired.
This program starts by taking the 10-minute on-line Core Values Index (CVI) assessment so that the core of our working together is focused on your innate values, natural style, temperament and communications preference. This highly accurate assessment provides a reliable picture of the core motivators of anyone who takes it. Both the Individual and Group coaching program start off with a CVI on each person in the coaching program.
Individual Coaching
The individual coaching program focuses on your desired outcomes in a way that is core to WHO you are and HOW you show up in the world. This includes providing guidance on learning how to identify and resolving any behavioral conditioning that is not fitting to your natural make-up. Once this process is established, then you are unencumbered to take actions that do not fit to WHO you are and WHY you are doing what you are doing.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is a facilitated process lead by a trained coach in maximizing the combined energy, experience and wisdom of the participant who wants to achieve greater organizational objectives and / or individual goals. By being together in a learning environment, the dynamics of shared wisdom, connections with one another, reinforcement of ideas and concepts, accountability to one another and lower cost provides a foundation of great success for those that apply themselves. Group size does not exceed 10 people and can be held in a local physical location or on the telephone.
