You've heard the comment, "the truth will set you free". Let's go deep for the real truth, and have some fun while doing it !!!
Everyone has different issues that are significant to them. It is my job to help you listen to you with respect to what is true about your circumstance in relationship to your total situation. It is dissecting the situation into bite size pieces so that you get really clear on what is causing the situation to have an effect on your life.
Listening for your truth is an art and a science. It is an art by being able to sort through what is real, and what is illusion, while being personally inquisitive. It is a science to know when you need to be directed towards your own resources to find the appropriate answers. In combining the two, the truth becomes known, and the dialogue become exploratory and full of life.
When someone is confused, I find helping them untangle themselves can be a challenge and a lot of fun - we both get to learn from this situation. Systematically helping them ask the right questions will provide them the correct answers. Some simple questions help me be clear on helping others.
o Who can help you?
o What do you need to do?
o Where is this going to take you?
o When do you want this accomplished?
o How has this effected you?
I'm a stickler to always look for the truth in a situation before I go for a solution. The truth can be painful, though I find that it releases all the pent up thoughts and emotions that can help clear the way for an easy solution. It might not come easily or in a timely manner, so we stay with it. Something will break loose to help "YOU" become clear on the challenges. This about building a future that has many possibilities!
