Is your family not talking, or talking so much that there are divided frictions and conflict? Those frictions and conflicts are causing you to miss opportunities for the business? Are the Hartfield's and McCoy's living in your life, or are your family life? It is a mess when family member use the tongue as the tool to slice and dice people who you're suppose to love. Though the reality is - it is causing deterioration in your personal environment. Being misunderstood is the fastest way to fragment any family situation. Moreover, what you lost in the miscommunications is not retrievable. If you do not know what was lost, an opportunity to prosper never appeared. If these lost opportunities continue, it is going to make matters worse. So how do you want to rectify it so everyone wins? Part of understanding this issue is what is the source of the conflict. By getting to the root cause, the family gets to move forward with life. There may be other issues as well, and it takes an outsider with a history of working with families and business to bring the issues to the surface. Once there, the fun begins. Intergeneration differences can cause the conflict and be the source of family frictions. A difference on approach and style needs examination. In addition, everyone has different needs and values.
