I am Terry Schaefer, and since 1991 I have been working from one phrase that is core to everything I do. I “inspire aspirations” in life. Aspirations are the desire to attain something that provides contentment and fulfillment.

My coaching style provides you with the tools to see things differently as we define, design and deliver a life oriented around what you want, while updating your pre-conceived ideas of what was. It is fun to watch someone have their own “ah – ha” and shift to see their opportunities appear with new clarity. Through discerning what’s truthful for you, causing a new perspective to appear, and then shifting to take actions, you create something outside of what you expected. Clarity is POWER!
